Performs all administrative tasks as directed by the Regional Manager.
Answers telephone pleasantly and professionally at all times.
Maintains inventory of office supplies and printed materials.
Assists with auditing and maintaining office filing systems.
Prepares lease package and necessary forms and addendums for properties.
Gathers paperwork (new applicant files) to send to Compliance.
Enters prospect, application and move in information into management software.
Maintains and monitors weekly, monthly and yearly calendars.
Prepares and tracks leasing reports.
Performs data entry projects.
Assists Regional Manager in monitoring and maintaining on site accounting.
Assists in move-in and move-out paperwork procedures.
Assists with State reporting.
Gather information for various agencies for reporting.
Put together and audit files for completed paperwork.
Copy files for sites.
Assists in preparation of market surveys.
Assists in preparation of traffic reports.
Assists in resident satisfaction follow up.

High school diploma (or equivalent).
Minimum one year administrative assistant experience.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good computer skills and experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills.
Confident, positive attitude.
Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
